Seremban Co-Transit Centre ( SINGGAH )

Project    : Co-Transit Centre

Location : Old Town of Seremban

Transit Centres in urban areas are the connections point where multiple public transportation are able to stop silmultaneously to allow cross-route transfer between other public transportation.

" Singgah " Seremban Co-Transit Centre that act as a gateway, starting point act as an interchange point of Old Seremban Town that can connect wide range of user between two transportation which KTM Station and Terminal 1. Furthermore, this centre is also a place where every category individual or traveler in a city is able to fulfill their mobility needs in a quick, affordable, safe, reliable and comfortable. The key focus of this centre is for people is to occupy centre stage in the Old Town Of Seremban where people can live, work and entertained.

The material used for this Seremban Co-Transit Centre are bricks, metal cladding, steel and glass. The material used are to blend with the surrounding where bricks are used for the historical building KTM Station and steel are use for the modernise building Terminal 1.

In this project  we have to design a villa for James Hetfield of Metallica or Lady Gaga with applying the understanding of architecutral design elements and principles.
